Wedding Package

Knowing how many choices have to be made when planning a wedding, I've tried to make this simple for you!  So I offer you one standard package.

Before your big day we will arrange your pre-Wedding consulatation.  Primarily this is our chance to meet, to put a face to the names and voices and to make sure that you are comfortable with how I work.  This is your chance to ask me any questions, see examples of my previous work and look at some sample albums.  It also gives me a chance to clarify exactly what you're expecting from me and if there are any special photographs to be taken or specific locations to be visited on the day.

On your Wedding day, I will arrive to capture the bridal preparations usually 2 hours before the ceremony starts, then leave the Bride alone to compose herself and calm down and move on to capture the Groom and Ushers at the ceremony venue and the guests arriving. 

Photographs of the ceremony will be taken in accordance to the guidelines set by the venue.  I endeavour to capture the ceremony without distracting from it.

After the ceremony, it is all up to the new Mr & Mrs.  The standard formal photographs will be taken plus any additional requests from the couple. 

Ideally I would like to whisk the couple away for some personal photographs and this also gives you a chance to sit together and take it all in. 

You will then be returned to your guests with time for mingling before your Wedding Breakfast starts.

Relaxed photographs of your guests enjoying your wedding will be taken at various intervals throughout your special day.

Approximately three weeks after your Wedding Day we will arrange to meet again for your Wedding photograph viewing.  This is where you will select the photographs for printing and if you have chosen to purchase an album, you will also make your selection on any specific photographs you would like in your album.

Approximately two weeks later, we will meet again for you to view the finalised album layout I have designed for you.  Giving you the opportunity to make sure you are 100% delighted with it before it is sent to Italy for printing and binding. 

Once the order is placed, you will have your album in 6-8 weeks (it is coming all the way from Italy after all and these stunning books are worth the wait!!).

You will receive:

• 100 x 6"x4" unmounted matt prints for you to keep
• 5 x 8"x10" unmounted matt prints selected by yourselves for you to keep

Cost:  £850

Should you require me to stay through the Wedding Breakfast, Speeches and First Dance, 8:30pm, there is an additional charge of £250.

A DVD of hi-resolution photographs from the day is available for purchase at £200 (approx 500 images). You then have full rights to the images to do with as you please.

Wedding Albums

As mentioned, beautiful Italian printed, storybook albums are available. 

Each book is created to last for generations, preserving the photographic work and retaining it's shape and colours.  The exclusive binding method guarentees a life long durability and allows the pages in the book to lay perfectly flat.

These are digitally printed onto one from a choice of seven archive paper options, available in a variety of sizes and with a vast range of cover options.

Prices vary depending on size, the number of pages, choice of paper and chosen cover style.

Starting from £300 - more specific quotation available on request.

 Wedding Gallery

Portraits

Portrait sessions have a standard charge of £50 which is for a photographer at a venue of your choice for about an hour.

After that you have various options:

• You will be able to purchase individual prints through an on-line gallery (which can be password protected if you wish)
• You can purchase a hi-resolution CD of your images (approx 50) for £150.  You then have full rights to the images to do with as you please
• You can purchase any individual image or, request a collage of images be created into a fantastic piece of wall art printed on either canvas, acrylic or aluminium.  Prices for this service will be upon request, dependant on number of images and printing medium chosen
• Should you want your portrait session turned into a beautiful coffee table album, I will happily design a beautiful storybook album as detailed in the section above titled 'Wedding Albums - please ask for a quote.
