Terms and Conditions

 
It is mutually agreed that the following terms and conditions form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless accepted by Think Memorable Photos in writing.
 
Booking fee
A booking fee of £200 is required when the client signs this contract. Date/s can only be reserved when the booking fee is paid. This sum will apply towards contractual fee.
 
Payment
The balance of the payment, minus £100, for the services contracted for must be paid 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. The remaining £100 for the services contracted must be paid upon the clients receipt of prints.
 
Cancellation
In the event of the client cancelling a booking for a wedding. Think Memorable Photos reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale:
£200 (the booking fee), if cancelled more than 12 months prior to the date.
50% of the agreed fee if cancelled less than 12 weeks prior to the date.
100% of the agreed fee if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the date.
Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement then at the discretion of Think Memorable Photos, and subject to availability, monies other than the booking may be allocated towards the new date.
 
Weather and/or delays
Weather permitting the photographs will be taken as agreed. In the event of inclement weather, the photographer, in cooperation with the client will make the necessary changes to the schedule and will do the best to produce coverage of the wedding in the time allocated. When delays occur due to circumstances outside her control, the photographer will stay beyond the time agreed but will charge an additional fee for extra time allowed.
 
Coverage
Think Memorable Photos cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, bridegroom or other members of the wedding party not being ready on time, nor by restrictions placed on the photographer by officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venues. The photographer does not guarantee any specific picture nor to include any specific background, location, props or arrangement although every effort will be made to interpret clients wishes.
The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the location used. The photographer’s judgements regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct.
 
Colour matching and sizes
The dyes used for clothing, particularly man made fibres do not always photograph in the manner in which they appear to the eye. When the photographs are printed to produce a pleasing flesh colour, some materials may appear incorrect. Think Memorable Photos will endeavour to achieve the closest colour match possible. All quoted sizes are nominal and may be subject to a slight margin or error. Think Memorable Photos accepts no liability for such minor variations in sizes.
 
Copyrights
The copyrights in all photographs created by Think Memorable Photos shall remain the property of Think Memorable Photos in accordance with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1998. The clients have the right to reproduce any of any photographs by Think Memorable Photos. However, Think Memorable Photos will not be responsible for poor reproductions. Images may be used by Think Memorable Photos as advertising materials or website on completion of a model release form.
